Before CWL Collective, I was that busy woman.

Newly diagnosed AuDHD, climbing the corporate ladder and trying to keep up with the life I thought I was supposed to want, somewhere along the way I completely lost myself.


CWL Collective was born during one of the lowest points in my life. I wanted to create something that felt different, not just for me, but for other women who needed somewhere they could come exactly as they are.


A space where you don’t have to be “on” or have everything together. Somewhere you can shut the door, take some time for yourself and let someone else look after you for a change.


I created the kind of place I needed when I’d lost myself.


Because I know what it’s like to lose yourself in the busyness of life.
